Understanding employee perceptions is an important part of understanding the strengths and weaknesses of an organization and what issues may need to be addressed.  All companies strive to be leaders in their marketplace for customers and to have a highly motivated and productive workforce.

But what about the organization that is perceived to have poor planning process or no perceived means of measuring end results?  What if the pay is perceived as high and the demand for performance low?

Individual answers to our quiz may provide clues about situations you may wish to address.  More importantly, the patterns of answers (e.g., high pay and low performance demands) may provide an even more important clue to management processes that need attention.

Please take our 17 item quiz.   Analyze it yourself, or hit the submit button at the end of the quiz to send it to us for a FREE brief analysis.
