Jack Rosenfeld has been a consultant to management since 1967. He has consulted with executives, managers and boards on policy development, program design and implementation and program evaluation. Jack has worked with clients in the industrial, financial, government, education and not-for-profit sectors. He has worked with organizations of all sizes, ranging from one million dollars in revenue to multi-national organizations with billions of dollars in revenue and assets. Jack has consulted in Canada, Europe and Africa, as well as the United States.

In addition to designing and installing large numbers of cash compensation programs, Jack has experience in human resource planning and development, executive compensation, climate and opinion surveys, organizational re-design, individual assessment and coaching.

Jack has been an independent consultant since 1983. Before that, he worked for Hay Associates. While at Hay, he was a Partner, General Manager and Chief Psychologist. Jack worked in Europe for two years. He began the assessment, human resources planning and development and performance appraisal practices in the Hay London office.

He was awarded a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Ohio State University in 1963 after earning M.A. and B.A. degrees in Psychology from Temple University. Prior to joining Hay, he was Coordinator of Assessment for Peace Corps Projects (Micronesia).

Jack is the author of four articles; the co-author of two articles; and the co-author of two handbook chapters in psychology and business.
